Company philosophy

No gloves. No compromises. Fights where strength, technique, and fighting spirit make the difference. There’s no room for chance here — only fair rules, pure skill, and only the best will remain standing when the final bell rings. We believe true power is revealed not only in a punch, but in discipline, respect for your opponent, and responsibility every time you step into the ring. KLAN FC is a territory of character — where strength is proven through action, and a fighter’s spirit faces its ultimate test.

ANDREY LIMONTOV "CANNIBAL"

Active serviceman of the Shamanbat special forces unit of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense

Between combat missions and military service, Lyudozer continues to organize KLAN FC tournaments, which now bring together not only the best fighters in Ukraine, but also athletes from around the world.

Even before Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Andriy Limontov, known by his fighting nickname "Lyudozer" (Man-Eater), laid the foundation for fistfighting in the country by creating Ukraine's first league of this format, Makhach FC. Long before his military service, Andriy was completely immersed in the world of bare-knuckle fighting, organizing some of the most high-profile events in the Ukrainian arena.

One of the league's most memorable moments was the legendary fight between Denis Berinchik and Artem Lobov, organized by "Lyudozer" during one of the "Makach" tournaments.
With the start of Russia's full-scale invasion, Andriy immediately joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine and took up arms to defend his homeland. He later became part of the elite Shaman Battalion, a special forces unit within the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine, where he participated in numerous risky operations in the hottest areas of the front line.

In parallel with his active service, Andriy founded a new project, the KLAN FC fist fighting league. Its mission is to develop this sport in Ukraine, support Ukrainian athletes, and bring the Ukrainian combat scene to the international level. As a military man, Andriy also attaches great importance to informing the world community about the situation in Ukraine and promoting support for the Armed Forces.

The most straightforward way to win a fight is by KO (knockout).

If the fight goes the full 3 rounds, the winner is determined by the judges’ decision. The judging panel consists of:

  • 1 Supervisor

  • 2 Ringside Judges

The final verdict is based on the total number of points scored across all three rounds.

A fight may also be stopped by the ringside doctor if one of the fighters is unable to safely continue. In such cases, the opponent is declared the winner, and the result is recorded as a TKO (Technical Knockout) due to medical stoppage.

The league imposes financial penalties if a fighter exceeds the agreed weight class by 1 kg or more.

If a fighter fails to make the contracted weight, a percentage of their fight purse is withheld and awarded to the opponent who successfully met the weight requirement.
